29, although I didn't know my anxiety and depression was ADHD at first 🤔 It wasn't until I went to University, paid £300 to get proof of my dyslexia on paper, that the assessor asked me if I had ADHD (which I replied no) and told me I needed to get an ADHD assessment asap 😅 Everything made sense after that appointment. 😂
