My score is at 571 and have a 2024 account under DMC and its only one Acc. I saw on Experian Yesterday I phoned them and made arrangements to pay the account and pay it in a period of 2months and that is the only Account... And paying do I ask for a letter that its closed etc or what will be next step.?

Hi boet i need ur help .I was having acc from Total sport (TFG) okay last year I got retregment at work.then I submitted letter to TFG.Now my acc on my profile says Written off on expirean and on Clear score say acc CLOSED but Debt collection still calling me..Now Im working I got a new job ..Can I continue to pay my acc or not ...Can I apply a loan or car
