this happens when the screeded wall surface dey dusty and u come paint am like that, omo they go call you back after 1month😁 priming is good and kinda saves paint. if na old screeded wall wey strong and no dust, priming no really dey necessary. Do you sandpaper again after priming and which primer you de use bro? pva based or normal alkali-resistant.

if is white screeding no need of priming. but if is black screeding you have to prime first

Applying bonding liquid before screeding or painting helps improve the adhesion of the material to the wall. It creates a stronger bond between the wall and the screed/paint, reducing the chances of peeling or flaking👌🏾
