The biggest mistake most players make is using only their arm and squeezing the racket too early. This creates a slow, weak shot with little power. ✅ Keep a relaxed grip throughout your preparation. Your fingers should stay loose so the racket head can accelerate naturally. ✅ At the moment of contact, perform a quick finger squeeze (finger power) combined with forearm rotation. This explosive push in the last split second creates racket head speed without requiring excessive effort. ✅ Contact the shuttle slightly in front of your body with the racket face pointing toward your target, then recover immediately for the next shot.
