@fatooombaloch: Balaach Mola Bakhsh was arrested by the CTD on November 20, 2023, and presented before an Anti-Terrorism Court. Two days later, his body was brought to Turbat Teaching Hospital. The CTD claimed he was killed during an armed clash with militants, but his family accused the CTD of extrajudicially killing him. His family and thousands of people protested for days, demanding an independent investigation. A sessions judge ordered an FIR against CTD officials, but the provincial government challenged the order.
