@beth_chew: I understand baggage can get delayed, but getting told it was lost was vvv stressful. Moving to another country is overwhelming enough without flight issues & missing luggage being added to the mix! @Lufthansa please do better, the customer service we experienced was appalling. But we’re here now, our stuff has been found & it’s time to start enjoying our new life in Munich 🇩🇪🫶🏼
