Heyyy.. my starter never doubles when I feed it 1:1:1 ratio it only doubles when I feed it extra and make it super thick what foes that mean ?? Please help

hello!! I have had my original starter in the fridge for some time and it now has the black hooch. I don't need to throw her out do I ? can I just get rid of the hooch?

Hi, I love your gluten free loaf recipe and use it all the time. More GF sourdough recipes would be awesome please. I also bake standard sourdough too, so some weird and wonderful inclusions, plus I’ve been wanting to make English teacakes (serves toasted and buttered…like a very light fruit filled bun).
