I'm autistic with ADHD and i can't tell you how many times i have seen this person within the first 30 minutes of meeting them and yet have to wait months or years for people to believe me. i feel like the give away for me is how much they talk but never actually say anything of value.... it's funny, it's charming, but it's just air.
