Might also be the campground water. We have been traveling for work for 4 years now and realized the water is so hard at the campgrounds and was doing that to my hair! We got a water softener for the rv after that and has been a night and day difference!

If you’re not used to living in a dry climate make sure you’re using a light hair oil on your hair at night or when going to work. It’ll dry out and start breaking. I learned that the harddddd way

Hairstylist for way to long. Best thing for hair that is dry is honestly just water, leave in conditioner spray, and if you don’t wanna wash your hair every 2-3 days you can just spray the leave in conditioner mid length to ends. Also if you do want to do some oil on ends, do it at the end of the hair routine because it closes the hair cuticle. Hope that helps!

Ooh! Some suggestions! For lunch you should take some cream cheese ham and pickle roll-ups or some pasta salad! I boiled pasta, add mayo, onion powder & pepper, shred some carrots & lettuce into it, add a can of chicken if you’d like, it makes quite a bit! They are cold lunches, but they’re good to eat when it’s quite warm out. If you want something like you should do a salad with chopped chicken and bacon, add some chunks of avocado and then when it’s lunch time add your ranch or w/e dressing you like.
