Mnisi then asked: "Is this our final list?" and wrote "this is our final list, right?" Commissioners note that by any definition, Mnisi did not ignore Nkosi—he acknowledged the messages, responded, and arranged a meeting. Mnisi argues this was the fourth instance and he was "entertaining him and playing along" as a strategy to avoid outright conflict, but admits he was annoyed. He explains "ours" in context meant "this is the final list," though pressed on what "ours" refers to between him and Nkosi. #Madlanga
