@healing.through.chaos_: I love activities like this because they give me something simple to focus on while letting me be creative. And there’s something special about making something you can actually take with you afterward. “Ciao Bella” means “hello, beautiful,” so of course I had to add it to the collection. 🇮🇹💗 Now… did the bracelet survive the day? Absolutely not. 😩😂 But luckily, I still have all the beads, so round two is coming! This is wellness too: trying something new, creating something with your hands, and enjoying the moment.
