Why is the truck taking up both lanes when it can easily use the shoulder? Seems like the truck driver is not following the law. Oversized does not give you extra permissions on the road. FYI I’m a Class A CDL driver

90% of accidents would be avoided if people just let go of their ego when they get on the road. being late is better than being dead. who cares if someone cut you off? that car is struggling to merge? let them in.

Also absolutely zero need for him to be in the middle of the road when there is an open shoulder off to the right and he could ride in the right hand lane in the overhang could be on the shoulder now if there’s stuff on the shoulder on the right hand side, then he can grab the middle otherwise he couldn’t be in the middle

why couldn’t the driver stay closer to his shoulder? The concrete barrier was on the opposite site? made no sense for him to hog the middle. I’m an oversized driver myself.
