You literally pay a large portion of your salary just to daycare to then have no time with your kids and still no money left. I quit my job in April! Being with your babies is a JOB but it’s worth it ❤️

I make $25 and hr… and cant find childcare for less than $20-22/hr.. my babysitter literally makes $3/hr less than me!!!!!

I’m a sahm to 2 under 2 because I’d have a panic attack thinking about trusting someone with them for me to go back to work. I’d rather live on one income and raise my kids full time myself than have extra money.

People just don’t understand how much daycare is. Then on top of it your husband makes just enough for bills and household stuff so how are you supposed to even begin to pay for child care after everything’s all said and done. Then trying to get paid on here is like you have to have money already or be like drop dead gorgeous it’s like wth 🤦♀️

Can you get approved through the state to help babysit other peoples parents like 3rd shift? I know it might be tough at first; but I’m sure one them babies know they’re safe, it would be easier?

Exactly!!!! My man is gone 24/7 he owns his own construction company…. Schedules don’t work especially summer breaks and any other breaks or no school day for no reason… no job will accept the mandatory time away ever!!

It’s literally so hard to get a job now days. I applied for 4-5 jobs a day for almost 3 months before finally getting 1 interview. Then your pay literally pays for the childcare for you to work. I couldn’t get a state funding to help. It’s not as easy as everyone thinks!!!

I was a stay at home mom until this year finally all my kids are in school and I work 6am to 230 it’s hard and a lot people have so many people to help with there kids and then there’s us and have no one but our self and our kids so i definitely get it

I’ve been asked why I don’t work despite my husband being an OTR trucker while I’m home with four kids 10 and under. Like when am I suppose to do that with no “village”? If he went local, we’d lose more $$ than I could replace on top of any childcare I’d have to pay.
