Arrange the vegetables and meat in a baking dish as shown in the video. Mix a little tomato paste with water and pour it into the baking dish. Finish by drizzling some olive oil over everything. Cover the dish with parchment paper and aluminum foil. Bake at 250°C (480°F) for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. You may need to cook it for a little longer, depending on your oven. Once everything is tender and cooked through, remove the foil and parchment paper and return the dish to the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the top is nicely browned and crispy.
