@za_reptiles: It's so tempting to handle a new reptile right away. Waiting and letting that animal get accustomed with its new environment takes crazy patience! And then when that animal is nervous when it comes to human interaction.....that's a whole other level of patience needed! Trust isn't earned over night... it's a process and you have to be in it for the long haul. It is so worth it when your patience pays off though!
