I've seen this video circulating for a few years now. Pretty sure the driver was biforcated hence why you don't see the officer doing vitals.

The original dashcam video shows how fast he was going. He went off the side of the road hitting a mailbox. He over corrected and hit a pole, possibly. The truck was split in half, ripping his body apart. GSP pulls up less than a minute after the crash. This is where the video picks up.
