Ingredients For the Stir Fry 1 pound ground pork sausage 1 purple onion, diced 1 large zucchini, diced 1 red bell pepper, diced Garlic powder, to taste Onion powder, to taste Olive oil, as needed For the Sauce 1/2 cup orange juice 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 teaspoons sesame oil 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 heaping tablespoon cornstarch Optional: red pepper flakes and/or sriracha, to taste (for the spice)  Instructions 1. Season with garlic powder and onion powder and sauté for 5–7 minutes, or until the vegetables reach your desired tenderness. 3. In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, cornstarch, and optional red pepper flakes or sriracha until smooth. 4. Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and pour in the sauce. Stir everything together until well combined. 5. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and cook for a few minutes, stirring often, until the sauce thickens and coats the pork and vegetables. 6. Taste and season with salt and black pepper if needed.
