It is a job interview. You are either a person who has a list of criteria or a person trying things out. People with lists will filter out who they physically don’t like and then filter out more if they don’t like your answer. Not to mention some people will use previous bf/gf as a standard which is basically the job interview equivalent of “experience preferred”
