I started to use floss recently. Honestly, the results are satisfactory, but the process is kinda stressful to me 😅.

i floss every night in the beginning my gums were bleeding but after a few days it stopped, also am not that efficient with the amount of floss i use , i use triple the length that you use 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. i also stopped eating sugar and i use xylitol in my tea, chamomile

I floss, brush teeth properly and brush gums, but can't still have a stale moussey smell on breath. I think most of the issue comes from tongue bacteria. Any ideas what's causing that smell? It's like a stale, like very strong moussey we smell

Here is some advice from someone who has been flossing every day for over 15 years: buy a cheaper type of floss it has less wax on it. Why? With less wax, the coating wears off faster, making the floss slightly rougher so you can effectively scrape against your teeth. If there is too much wax, the string stays smooth and just slides over stubborn spots. Also, please remove and reinsert the floss for each tooth meaning: clean one side, pull it out, put it back in, and clean the other side. Believe me, thanks to this method, I have little to no tartar buildup.

How come some dentist say to wind the floss around your middle fingers but some say to wind it around your index Fingers? Is that just preference and doesn’t matter if you wind it around middle or index?

I used to just back and forward slice my gums with it and my gums bled and I didn't understand why anyone would use it 😫

I have a front bottom tooth that hurts when I eat something hard like a crisp it’s like a mini little dent like really small and it’s a little darker do u think I can reverse that?
