so I had a rough childhood. One of the few bright and beautiful sparks of that childhood was going to my grandmother's house and reading these books, it was a spot of calm and hope in an otherwise chaotic and miserable time. for years after these books gave me those warm and wonderful memories of time spent with my grandma (now deceased) and brought me back to a time when I had something that made me feel like maybe it would all be ok. so if I can let it go and move on and tell Rowling to get bent with my consumer money, then I don't want to hear any dang excuses.
