@cllrghayouba: United Utilities have somehow managed to turn fixing a leak into a three-contractor saga 😂💧 2 years later, the leak is still there… but at least the hole has been filled! 🤦‍♂️ Apparently the permit ran out. Cold tar is temporary. Is it a farce or are you under informed? How do they fix the pipe? Turn off the water? Have you contacted the people who are going to have their water disrupted, priority vulnerable users? Medical establishments or businesses who rely on thay water for their fire suppression system? Is it more than one hole and actually the whole road needs replaced? Well then they need to put up temporary lane closure, need a TRO for that, cant let companies close ambulance.and fire routes willy nilly. etc etc
