@travelswithted: Before you completely set up your RV, take a few minutes to make sure the campsite actually works. First, turn on the water spigot and verify you have water. Then test the electrical pedestal with your surge protector. Once you’re parked and your wheels are chocked, make sure there’s enough clearance to fully extend your slides without hitting a tree, power pole or another obstacle. Finally, pull out your water hose, sewer hose and electrical cord to make sure everything reaches.
