@bbqlads: 🇮🇪🔥 SOUL, CORK 🔥🇮🇪 On a recent trip to Cork with family then I just had to catch up with the Ambassador of Cork @CorkBBQ ! He tipped us off about the Creamy Beamy Soul Ribs and it just had to be done. Nothing in the meal disappointed, everything had levels of flavour that just kept taking the meal up a notch with each bite. I’m calling out as special the Smoked Baby Back Pork Ribs, the Pineapple Jerk Glazed Chicken and the Batersh Lamb Bites, however the star of the show was the Creamy Beamy. The Creamy Beamy WAS fall of the bone tender and the honeyed @beamishstout sauce was deep creamy, coffee and simply lip smackin’ good.I feel blessed by the universe for this one… Massive thanks to Corky and Chef @dan_relihan_chef for the great meal and the great company! From the menu we tried; ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🍖CREAMY BEAMY SOUL RIB 🐷 Smoked Baby Back Pork Ribs 🐔 Pineapple Jerk Glazed Chicken 🍔 The Big Cluck Burger 🧀 Mac & Cheese Croquettes 🐑 Batersh Lamb Bites 🌽 Chilli Butter Corn Wheels 🐮 Brisket Loaded Fries And desert, just when we thought we couldn’t fit anything else in then the SMOKED PECAN PIE came out.
