@nique_got_talent: Part two of why I left the healthcare. I’m done being silent, protecting abusers and bullies in the healthcare for a paycheck or seeking validation to fit in. Now that I have resigned I’m exposing all the evil that exist in these toxic workplace environments. The constant harassment, workplace bullying, exclusion, and smear campaign I’ve experienced for months from not only nurses but aides who were suppose to be welcoming and make the environment comfortable as possible when caring for residents targeted me for simple existing and being quiet and doing my job tured into jealousy, envy, secretly reporting small mistakes, to cold calculated workplace mobbing is absolutely disgusting. No one deserves to experience this type of mental or psychological abuse in the workplace where you are suppose to be protected and appreciated. So it is my responsibility to bring awareness to adult bullies and toxic workplace environments so we can put this sick behavior to an end and protect other victims from sacrificing their morals and standards for a paycheck.
