I used a Lansinoh pump for over a year exclusively pumping. It was the only one that could empty me. Spectra couldn’t do it. I tried the pink and blue and ended up with clogged ducts both times.

two questions. 1. what is your go to pumping bra? 2. i am 1 week pp and exclusively pumping and am struggling figuring out how to do things while also getting sleep without missing pumps. i wake her up feed her change her then put her to sleep pump and by the time im done pumping its time to do it all over again so im not sleeping and am kinda losing my mind
