Do you think ace will get closer to psa at any point or will there always be that big gap???

I think TAG is a great grading company and does deserve to continue to grow and gain some of the market share. Unfortunately, it is very unlikely enough collectors will go through TAG. At the end of the day people want slabs that other people are willing to buy when they ultimately choose to cash out or trade up. I think PSA has too much of a stronghold on that aspect of the slab market.

It’s fairly simple to understand for people making claims without knowing the true details or dealing with Tag-Scan a TAG QR and check out the in depth reports of why a card scored a certain grade, it’s really impressive! The slabs are absolutely incredible looking imo..The numbered grading system is also a cool way to differentiate top tier (pristine) cards. Each card is graded on a 1-1000 point system. 950-989 is considered a regular 10. 990 and above is considered pristine. To my knowledge there is no 1,000 score yet. I like how you can get an affordable pristine (990), in comparison to a higher pristine grade which might fetch more and be out of reach. Personally I don’t care if there slight manipulation of someone buying Tag slabs to manipulate value, on the other side of the isle we’ve seen psa in Countless legal battles for many reasons.

in the UK it is PSA, BGS, ACE, CGC, TAG and that is becoming more apparent in the EU too with ACE expanding there. TAG only does well with 20 large US investors in TAG selling TAG.

ace for the win haha they are slowly creeping up psa are only so much because they set the price is the sellers would sell all graded cards the same it would be a different story.

If you truly believe that, there’s a price discrepancy why don’t you buy TAG crack them and sub to PSA?

PSA slabs are abysmal. I’d rather have Ace ones 😅

I’ve seen graded Tag cards with damage and it wasn’t even on the report. I was going to use them up until that point

after my last 3 psa subs, tag all the way, psa is just picking a number out of a hat for a grade, tag back up with what they say
