Oh wow I’m an MLS and would have called the bottom cell a lymph and just thought it stained weird if there wasn’t a lot of them. I did some research bc the nucleus looks like it’s splitting and it says it’s a clefted lymphocyte? I never learned this in school. definitely something I’ll be looking for in the future.
