How to Make Salmon Teriyaki 🐟🐟 RECIPE BELOW ⬇️ (Feeds 4-5 People) INGREDIENTS: 2 lb salmon filet, pinbones and skin removed 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce 1/3 cup sake 1/3 cup mirin 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp brown rice vinegar INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Ideally 12-24 hours before cooking, mix all above ingredients in a large, non-reactive container. Cut your salmon into 2"x 3" portions, and submerge filets in the marinade 2) 15-20 minutes before cooking, place all filets on a baking sheet lined with tin foil. Spray foil with a light coating of cooking spray before placing your fish. Pre-heat your oven on broil. 3) Take your marinade and pour it into a medium sauce pot. Reduce your marinade over medium-high heat until approximately 1/3 of it’s original volume. Stir often to prevent scorching. Your glaze should slightly coat the back of a spoon. 4) Brush your salmon generously with your glaze, and place under the broiler of your oven, albeit not too close to the broiler, as your glaze will burn. It is okay if you have a lot of glaze left after your first brushing, as you will continue to apply it every 2 minutes or so, until your salmon is fully cooked. 5) When salmon reaches an internal temperature of 38 degrees Celsius, and has a nice coating from your glaze, remove from the oven. Let rest for a minute or two, and enjoy! 👉 NOTE: Your glaze has a high sugar content, and will burn easily - be sure to keep a close eye on it, and do not leave your fish too close to the broiler. #salmon #teriyaki #fish #cooking #homecooking #Recipe
