@thatflippingagent: Behind the scenes of a Phoenix foreclosure auction A lot of people asked how you actually buy one of these, so here’s the quick version: Arizona trustee sales are public, but you need a $10,000 deposit to bid, you have to fund the rest of the purchase extremely fast if you win, and you may be buying the house without ever stepping inside. No normal mortgage. No inspection. Potentially occupied. Sold as-is. That’s why foreclosure auction deals can look cheap on paper, but they come with a very different level of risk. Would you ever buy a house this way? #PhoenixRealEstate #ForeclosureAuction #ArizonaRealEstate #RealEstateInvesting #ThatFlippingAgent
If you say hard money - title needs to be cleared for hard or private money to fund !!!!!!!!!

Alan :
I got a condo that way in 2012. The former owner told me about the foreclosure and upcoming auction. She let me look at it since I lived in the unit directly below hers. I was the only bidder for the property, but I paid $1500 to the company who handled the bidding and transaction. I thought $59k was exorbitant at the time, but the property has quadrupled in value since then.

How much do homes usually go for after the 10,000 bid at the highest to lowest range?
