So resisting arrest gives you the automatic right TO ABUSE SOMEONE. He WANTED to be aggressive and pull him by his hair. It doesn’t matter what race you are. A professional trained officer does NOT have to use that physical force to get someone out the car.

His hands were out of the car and he was trying to get out to obey the officers orders. THAT OFFICER WANTED TO DO THIS . Look at the whole video. You blocked that part out where both his hands are out of the video to fit your bs narrative. And also the door on the other side was open where another officer was who could have pulled him out that way. As soon as he saw that boys locs he wanted to grab them.

they had the car pulled over, he held his hand and there was an officer on both sides of the car. he didn't have a lot of changes to escape and I do not think thus much force was needed. the glass that had been broken was on his side while he was clearly looking at it, it could've hit his eyes and blind him. later, when he started yanking his dreams WHILE HOLDING AND PULLING ON HIS ARM, he almost dragged him throught the BROKEN WINDOW. it could've injured him pretty badly and maybe even did. then, he started punching him and yanking again. this situation escalated so quickly and I do believe it could've been handled better

This use of force is not pretty on video but was 100% necessary. Use of force on video is rarely pretty especially when you see the force with no context. Once you get context, then it all makes sense.
