I work at an automotive supplier for Honda. And do maintenance. Plant wide, even talking production and staff, in the next 5-6 years this place will be crippled! I'm almost 59.. I'll be lucky to make it to 62. I admire your videos,cause we need all these young people to have basic skills out of high school. I know you follow Mike Rowe.. without teachers and programs like yours, America is screwed! Please keep it up! Thank You!

in my maintenance staff of 30 guys on day shift. I was 4 from the youngest, im 57 and retired this year. my company had 10 open spots, and in the last 5 year had not been able to hire, since I left in April they have hired 6 guys. so of the problem is company are not trying to hire either.

It’s terrible no work ethic in most of the 20 to 30 year olds there are few but those farm people need there help and we can’t rely on young people to stand up and toke over rebuild this country
