They love to but knee(s) on you the put the torcher cuff on as tight as possible and claim there not tight. Nothing like to protect & serve officers need yearly psyc exams, no qualified immunity, body cams need to be activated through the entire shift minus restroom & personal breaks and handled by a 3rd party.

So as you watch continuously, they are callous, they are cold because they know there is absolutely no consequence to their action. Our federal government, and the lousy Supreme Court this country has ever had has turned law enforcement.
