@catekettner: I’ve had chronic migraines for most of my life, and having a migraine EVERY SINGLE DAY for the past month has made everyday life incredibly difficult. ❤️‍🩹 And unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced something like this. It’s rare for me to have a migraine for just a day or two, it can last anywhere from a week to several months. The last time I had a migraine episode this severe, it lasted for almost THREE MONTHS — every single day. I went to the emergency room THREE separate times because I couldn’t get it under control, and on the last visit, I was actually admitted to the hospital for almost a WEEK. So when I say this past month has been hard, I’m not exaggerating. I’ve tried so many different things looking for migraine relief, and this drink mix is one of the things I’ve been using. Sometimes it helps, but honestly, this past week has been especially bad. I haven’t been able to go to the gym. I can barely do simple things like run errands without having to think about my head. And it has affected my ability to create content SO much. That part has been especially frustrating for me because I really want to show up here consistently. I want to grow this account, create amazing content, connect with you, and build a community that actually feels like a community. But sometimes chronic migraine takes over, and everything else has to come second. If you’ve ever dealt with chronic migraines, you already know how isolating and frustrating it can be when something that other people consider a “headache” completely changes what you’re capable of doing that day. I’m still trying. I’m still showing up when I can.
