Twice I’ve been called out because a piece of equipment isn’t working “and you were here yesterday doing something so it must have been something you did”. The equipment was unplugged. And I never unplugged anything. One was a 3 hr trip. 🤦♀️

The lightbulb one was my favorite call lol I didn’t charge her a thing she was a sweet old lady she clearly couldn’t climb a chair to reach it so I just did it for her..she insisted on paying me..I left the money on the counter on my way out
