needing a nipple shield. my daughter dosnt have latch issues. but more so needed to felt the plastic we think. she was also a premie so i thought for the next year id need to use it. i tried one day without it when she was 4 months and did totally fine. never used it since!

Haven’t learned it’s normal yet but… Two toned lips after feeding.., baby is having normal wet and poopy diapers, gaining weight but when I look up the discolored lips it’s telling me he’s working hard and baby’s latch is too reliant on the lips 🥲🥲

Baby lip not curling out (assumed it was a shallow latch even though he was eating great and it was comfortable). Saw your video on lip curls not being necessary and breathed a sigh of relief!

My supply wasn’t increasing and my own mum was saying “he’s not getting enough he’s still hungry let’s give him a bottle.” So I was crying over asking “why am I failing as a breastfeeding mother?” 🥹

My supply regulating. When my milk came it it was an oversupply. I was feeding and then pumping after. I then exclusively bf and after that I had a big supply drop. I panicked. The ped was telling me my baby was gaining weight fast enough so I switched to exclusively pumping so I could make sure my baby was getting 3 oz every 3 hours. I was struggling to get that 3 oz every 2 hours. I wish I knew about supply regulation before I decided to exclusively bf

I’m currently dealing with low flow and output after the return of my cycle. I can feel that my breasts are still full after pumping because they’re still swollen and sore. But I don’t feel any painful lumps.

Being told repeatedly by professionals baby needed to feed for 20 minutes to have a "full feed". Later realised that he was just super efficient 🤷♀️

My baby is 8 weeks old. Long story but I started breastfeeding again after a couple of weeks of just bottles. He’s been eating every hour instead of every two like he was with the bottle. Is that normal? Could he just be comfort nursing? It’s fine with me but not sure if I’m reading his cues right

Hello! Soooo I have a problem.. my baby only wants to nurse on one side and it’s causing my milk production to stop on the other side. She refuses to nurse on my right side no matter what I do and even gags as if it tastes bad. I know my flow is much slower on my right side so is that it? I’m just starting to stress because my chest is now uneven and I’m also scared if this will somehow effect my left side to under produce in the future? I’m 3 months into my nursing journey

Nicki!! I’m 5 months PP today and suddenly my supply dropped out of nowhere. Usually getting 9 oz by now and have barely been able to pump 3. The last 2 times I pumped I got no let down and no milk 😩 how can I fix this?! Breastfeeding at home but pumping at work (I’m a nurse)
