You need an oh shit kit with a basic dressing changes sanitary pads wipes etc and maybe get some maternity pads they are bigger and absorb more.

Just an idea, but you could have a little grab bag with you/at your girlfriends/ keep in your car, with some dressings, sanitary pads, also some small waste bags etc, then they can be the ones you prefer so you don’t have to hunt down a pharmacy!! Or even do 3 mini ones?! 👏

create like a little emergency kit of things u need when u go out as like a just in case and get some stuff for ur misses house too so saves u packing it all to travel and u have some at both places love the awearness tho hope ur doing okay

Normally have to go via incontinence services for that and it caps out at like 2 pads a day in most areas. They then say apply for PIP but nope cause you manage your own incontinence/wound care if nowt else is wrong you arent eligible 😅
