The church really needs to quit pushing the narrative that men alone need to lead men need to submit to their wives and love them. If men love their wives, they wouldn’t have a problem with submission.

If submission is a one-way street it is NOT equality. Both parties must submit in a marriage. That is why you BOTH give vows. You are stating the ways in which you will commit and submit to each other.
