as a local from tangier, you definitely did the right thing by not paying for thr tour 100$ just for a ride is crazy the 20 dirham ride u took was quit reasonable, as for the window to the atlantic it deos exist but in the other cave wwith the big waiting line its shapes like the map of africa

to reply you about the window to the ocean when you arrived and you watched the line so the entrance is there , so you didn't visit it the big cave whereyou can see the shape of Africa from outside from the ocean 🌊 look how it beautiful
