dont use nail strengthener unless your nails are bendy*. if you use nail strengthener too much it can actually make your nails chip off because theyre too hard

you look gorgeous and your nails are soooo long but make sure you use cuticle oil+ hand cream especially cuticle oil before you shower it'll wash off but it will act as a barrier for a while meaning in the end your nails would have soaked up less water wear gloves whenever ur washing dishes never file past your side walls they are essential dont file/buff your nailbed more than necessary and always do COMPLETE soak offs (file them down as close to ur nail bed without hitting ur nailbed if its a nail system that doesn't soak off) theres less chances of damage that way if you ever go back to using any nail system I've never used this polish personally but its good to have polish on as another protective layer along with cuticle oil i will check it out
