Hot take that shouldn't even be a take: 30fps is completely fine. The only instances in which you'd need more fps are ONLY for competitive games (fort, cod etc...) that require hella reaction time and such. Movie theaters nowadays run most movies at 24 fps lol

Guys maybe it’s because I grew up on Consoles but I legit cannot tell the difference between 30-60fps, rd2 was an amazing game and was not hindered at all by it being at 30 fps
