Everyone is saying she is guilty and she specifically said she did it but again, there isn’t any evidence that points towards her, the only “evidence” towards her is what PATRICK said. All the evidence that there is, points towards someone else.

I just feel like Lindsay seemed so unwell at the time she advocated for herself the best she could but she didn’t know it was going to end up this way. I don’t think she thought it was ever going to go this far and these medical professionals have to be held accountable too, bc you cannot expect a completely unwell person to be truthful with you 100% about their mental state

I hope they are hung up on the fact the drugs in her system were drugs she stopped taking but were also the ones in his car to take back. I’m hoping that’s why they asked to see them

Any parent with mental health issues is terrified of having their children taken away. She was incredibly brave to seek the help she did.

It wouldn't for me. As a juror, I'd have way too many unanswered questions. It would have to be not guilty. Did the proscution explain why her hair and clothes were soaking wet? The fact that Lindsay said she cut the window screen when it was not, would make me doubt her entire "confession."

I would think everyone knows that people who struggle with depression don’t always say how they are feeling and they hide it. Plus I think she did express how she was feeling but no one listened to her!

No. Nope. Actually this made it very relatable to me as a woman who suffered with PPD/PPA & most likely PPP. I was once a mandated reporter & professionally knew how horrible impatient programs were…it kept me from saying ANYTHING about how I was feeling.

No, I don’t. Every mother tries to push her feelings down and just be present for her family. She reached out to doctors, hospitals, hotlines for help and never really got what she needed. I do, however, think there’s a large possibility it’s a hung jury.

I think they are stuck on the fact she advocated for herself numerous times to her family, husband, friends and most importantly her doctors and the ones who she desperately needed help from didn’t give her the help she needed, instead they threw a cocktail of medications at her instead of giving her one thing at a time with the proper treatment/therapies so that’s what I think they are truly stuck on is her attempting to get the help but not in a proper manner the way she deserved.

I would not want to be on that jury. But in all honesty I think she should stay in a facility like Tewksbury rather than a prison, given the fact she is paralyzed and still suicidal as well. People don’t realize she is already living in her own hell, everyone is caught up on the her going to jail when she is in a place far worse than that already.
