most cops don't get charged because it is at the prosecutors sole discretion weather they want to prosecute or not it doesn't matter that a citizen preses charges ,most of the time the prosecutor will just drop it or choose to not prosecute which means no charges are even filled. citizens can only file complaints, not charges

Looks like that police officer needs to be in jail for quite a while. He definitely doesn’t know the law. They definitely the fire him and whoever the first three or four people in charge of him need to be fired.
