Just so you know, transgamegal does have some wild sexual harassment allegations against her rn. She deleted her response video to her sexual harassment allegations in which she said she did not regret what she did and implied that her target (Tara Knight) deserved to be spoken to in that way. There is also another creator on here making the claim that her niece was sexually harassed by this individual as well. Does notttt surprise me that she discounts the sexual traumas and medical oppression of trans men

I hate the "invisibility is a privilege" mentality. If anything, that proves it's not, because trans men have an unnerving SA rate and hardly anyone knows about it, so some people just assume we're not being attacked at all when that isn't true.

i genuinely wish people would stop talking about who has it worse. it gets us no where and creates a further divide. truthfully the only people who has life on easy mode a straight cis white men. even then their life can easily suck. our goal should be to make life better not argue who has it worse & just invalidate eachother.

trans men are literally killed just as often as trans women (we just 1. don't get the same media attention and 2. are often misgendered in death) and trans men are literally raped MORE OFTEN than trans women and cis women both, specifically BECAUSE of our transness. people that choose to ignore it are willfully ignorant and are intentionally sowing division in the trans community when what we REALLY need is solidarity. not fucking oppression olympics.

I think it’s ok to acknowledge/discuss the differing attention and discrimination for trans men and women but I’ve seen so many people skip all nuance and go straight to “all trans men actually have privilege like cis men and also are talking over trans women”. Like why are we still infighting and playing who has it worse surely there’s more important issues

This is gonna sound insane, but from my personal outside experience as a non-binary individual, and from what I have seen, it’s not that they have more privilege. It’s the fact that they are actually forgotten about and to an extent that can be good, but to an extent, it is also very bad because they are not being acknowledged. And when they do get acknowledged, they are in the exact same conversations that trans women have to deal with.
