@chicagogirlsouthernworld: Our hotel room in Japan had its own PRIVATE ONSEN. ♨️🇯🇵 This room at Hakone Kowakien Ten-yu had so many thoughtful touches — shoes off at the door, slippers, a massage chair, yukata, a cozy loft sitting area and gorgeous mountain views. But the star was definitely our private balcony onsen. Being able to soak outside whenever I wanted, especially at night, was such an incredible experience. We paid about $520 total for two people, including dinner and breakfast — and by the end of our stay, we actually thought it was a great value.
