in Sweden we "rotate" them everytime we change from summer to wintertires so once per year. the vibrations can be cause mostly by hitting a curb or driving down to fast and to hard in a pot hole so the rim gets damage. Take the wheels off and do a balancing on the wheels.

Ive never heard of anyone in the UK rotating tyres. We just replace a tyre as needed.

I live where it snows and have always had both sets of tires on rims so I never heard of a tire rotation until the internet

My car was kinda sitting in one spot in my grandparents yard. My papa was barely driving it cuz he now has an suv. For one in 2021 and the car i now drive has kinda been just. Sat in storage. Kept clean and wtv. It’s still as good as new although i also have the tire problem. They’re brand new tires tho. Just prob gotta get em balanced and rotated or sum. And maybe even an alignment. It vibrates at 55-60. Sometimes it smoothens out when i go faster. But most times it just gets worse 😭.

honestly what me and my family do is not rotating the tires, in Portugal tires are sold in pairs and what we do is put the back in the front and a new pair in the back

If you regularly swap them out for winter tyres, the shop should rotate them for you. If you do it yourself, mark where they were last or where they're going to go next time.
