@keybuilds.ai: Microsoft Copilot just threw a "fail to get token" or "language model unavailable" error on me. It spiked for everyone this month. It's almost never your fault. First, check which Microsoft account you signed into. Work and personal accounts look identical on the sign-in screen. Signing in with the wrong one is the top cause. Second, look at your license. If your admin never gave you a Copilot seat, the button shows but the tokens don't work. Only an admin can fix that. Third, update the app. The August update cleared most of these errors. After updating it works again in about thirty seconds.
