I understand putting more money in a brokerage or 401k or Roth is better long term but I’m payin off my house asap, I got a nice house I wanna stay at for a long time and I don’t wanna have to work at my current job for the next 30 years I wanna be able to F off and chill, even if I pay off the house and stay at my job I’ll be able to put a ton of extra money at a Roth etc. but that’s where I’m at I want peace of mind

Even at 6.5% mortgage you’ll still get 5x more back in the stock market at 30 years……of course I’d be way quicker to pay off 6.5% vs 3.5% lol
