✨ 🍔 Double Beef Burgers with Garlic Parmesan Sauce😋 Ingredients Beef Patties * 700g minced beef * 1 onion, finely chopped * 3 green chillies, finely chopped * 1 tsp red chilli powder * ½ tsp achar gosht masala * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste * 1 tbsp fresh coriander * Salt, to taste Burger * Burger buns * Lettuce * Cheese slices * 1 onion, caramelised Burger Sauce * 4 tbsp mayonnaise * 1 tbsp ketchup * 2 tbsp mustard sauce * 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce * ½ tsp cayenne pepper * 1 tsp lemon juice * Salt, to taste * Chopped pickles & parsley Garlic Parmesan Sauce * 2 tbsp butter * 1 tbsp chopped garlic * 270ml double cream * 1 cup milk * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp cayenne pepper * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tsp dried parsley * 1 tsp oregano * Salt, to taste * Parmesan cheese Method 1. Make the patties * Mix the minced beef with onion, chillies, spices, ginger-garlic paste and coriander. * Divide into 7–8 equal balls. * Place each ball between parchment paper and press into thin patties. * Heat 2–3 tbsp oil in a pan and cook on medium heat for 4 mins per side. * Add cheese slices and cover until melted. Stack 2 patties together for each burger. 2. Make the burger sauce * Mix all the burger sauce ingredients together and set aside. 3. Make the garlic Parmesan sauce * Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic for 1 minute. * Add cream, milk and all the seasonings. * Cook for 2–3 minutes, then add Parmesan and stir until smooth and creamy. 4. Assemble * Toast the buns and spread with burger sauce. * Add lettuce, the double beef patty and caramelised onions. * Add another layer of burger sauce and close the burger. 5. Serve * Place the burger and fries on a plate. * Pour over the garlic Parmesan sauce. * Finish with Parmesan and fresh parsley.
