It’s not true. My experience was that I had to go for a cleaning every 3-4 months, but because my home care improved significantly during that time, I was told I can come back every 6 months now. So all you have to do is to have a proper dental care at home

More likely they see your insurance covers more than 2 cleanings a year and they're looking for the extra business.

I use hydroxyapatite, do I really need more than that for my mouth to be healthy? My teeth always look and feel clean.
