it is DRIVING ME CRAZY 😭😭😭 three years, and it is STILL purifying and it burns, hurts and i smell paranormal bad smells. it's stuck at my heart chakra... burning! and i do 2 hours of chakra frequencies a DAY and it still feels like an eternity of trauma in my chakras.

How do I know if it’s a twin flame or a trauma bond? I can barely even think straight anymore. My heart aches, and I don’t know what to do. I keep trying to redirect my energy to myself, to choosing me, but as I’m doing that, my heart continues to feel like it’s been shattered.

That shit was hard to sit with and I thought I was dying because all these wounds I didn’t know I had suddenly surface loud. Then the healing started….i had to sit with them and well I am still am … their quieter not as loud. I still get triggered but it’s manageable. I still love my twin and I still hope he is healing as much as I am.

Im going thro alot now alot is purging , i feel like my heart is open then something rises and i work thro it , my problem is that my twin flame isnt doing anything in the material world to pursue me or to show his interest , he slightly rejected me as i followed him on his ig and he didnt follow me back , im so confused , it s triggering some old patterns , i get terrified from being humiliated , but at the same time i need to accept if they dont want to pursue anything

It’s not for the weak, that’s for sure. I think a lot of people put a huge stigma on the TF journey of what is right or wrong. This whole process is a journey to enlightenment and harmony within at its core. So far, I’ve learned that it’s absolutely ok to want union and to yearn for your twin. They are half of you, it’s natural to want to be united. The object of letting go is to detach from the outcome because you do know that regardless you will be ok. No matter what, I love her unconditionally. That love doesn’t waver no matter if she’s in my life or not. It transcends distance and time. That same love and compassion is allowed to be turned inward. Being critical of yourself on this journey stagnates the energy that propels your forward.
